Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective clients and follow up on leads
Handle
incoming calls
, inquiries, and provide basic company/service information
Maintain and update
call logs, customer details, and lead databases
Follow approved
call scripts and communication guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain a
professional and courteous communication style
at all times
Experience & Requirements
Female candidates are given preferance.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive (UAE experience preferred)
Good verbal communication skills in
English, Arabic and Hindi is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)
Ability to handle rejections and work with targets
Organized, reliable, and result-oriented
Immediate availability preferred
