Tele-Caller - Stock Market & Forex Trading

Are you a confident communicator with an interest in the financial markets?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tele-Caller to join our growing team in the Stock Market & Forex Trading sector!

Position: Tele-Caller

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Will be discussed on the interview as per experience

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our stock market & forex trading services.

Explain products, trading plans, and service benefits clearly and professionally.

Maintain client records and follow up regularly to ensure successful onboarding.

Build strong customer relationships to maximize conversion and retention.

Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to support client needs.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of stock market or forex trading (training will be provided).

Ability to handle client queries confidently.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Prior tele-calling or sales experience is compulsory.

English and Hindi is compulsory
