Provide clear and accurate information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and current promotions.
Follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates and meet weekly/monthly targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in real estate telesales or customer service is preferred.
Good understanding of real estate terminology, project types, and market trends in Dubai.
Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude and professional tone.
Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
