We are seeking a proactive and confident Tele caller (Female) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified inquiries through tele calling and coordinate meeting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using the existing customer database shared by the company and new data provided by the marketing team.
Identify and generate potential leads/data through various internal and external sources.
Introduce company products and services to potential clients and identify their interest areas.
Generate valid inquiries and share them regularly with the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between interested clients and the sales team.
Maintain a simple daily call and inquiry report for internal tracking.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage. Other industry experience is also preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be a plus.
Visa Status: Candidates with a valid spouse visa or a valid sponsor visa are preferred.
Work Type: Onsite position - must be available to work from the office.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
