We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate must be confident, well-spoken, and capable of presenting our properties and services professionally.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company projects and property listings. Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide accurate information regarding properties, prices, locations, and availability. Generate qualified leads and schedule property viewings for the sales team. Maintain an updated database of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent follow-up calls. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover. Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Telecaller (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales attitude and ability to persuade clients. Confident, energetic, and target-driven. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English (additional languages like Hindi, Chinese, or Arabic are an advantage). Based in Dubai with valid visa status.
