Richman Mortgage Brokers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our mortgage solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce mortgage products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through excellent communication and follow-ups. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mortgage products. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads. Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all interactions. Stay updated on mortgage market trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Customer Orientation:

Strong ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Organization:

Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

Attitude:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
