Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills .
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in insurance and banking will be an added advantage
Multilingual abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
