Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain property details, investment benefits, and answer customer queries.
Fix appointments and schedule site visits for interested clients.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language] is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling or real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory.
