Job Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telecaller Executive located in Dubai. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing students, providing them with information about Online Trading Academy's courses and services. Daily tasks include following up on leads, addressing inquiries, maintaining call logs, and achieving call targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and contributing to enrollment goals.
Qualifications
Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in Customer Service and Tele calling Proficiency in using CRM software and database management Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous Tele calling experience is a plus
