Job Description

Good Command over English

Knowledge of Arabic advantage

KPIs for the Telecaller:



Number of Calls Made:

Minimum 30 calls per working day.

Appointments Fixed:

Minimum 10 confirmed appointments per week for the sales team.

Lead Data Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records after each call.

Follow-Up Efficiency:

Ensure follow-up calls/emails for warm leads within 48 hours.

Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before scheduling appointments.

Reporting:

Share a daily activity and performance report with the sales manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 29/09/2025
