Sanbook Quality Consultancy (SQC) is looking for a confident and goal-oriented
Telesales Executive
to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients via phone, promoting our ISO consultancy, training, and certification services, and securing meetings or sales. This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience in telecalling, banking sales (e.g., credit cards), or call center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using lead lists and databases.
Promote and explain consultancy and training services related to ISO standards and compliance systems.
Convert leads into appointments or confirmed clients through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, call centers, or banking sales (especially credit card or loan sales).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage rejections professionally and stay motivated.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
