Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly articulate and persuasive
Tele calling Executive
to join our fast-growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
English
(local language a plus), with the confidence to engage high-value clients over the phone, clearly explain property offerings, and convert leads into site visits or sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads/prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
Speak confidently and clearly with potential buyers and investors.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Set up and follow through on site visits for the sales team.
Maintain call logs, follow-up notes, and lead status in the CRM.
Send project brochures, pricing, and other materials over WhatsApp/email.
Build rapport and ensure a positive client experience on every call.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support deal closures.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication
skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
Good listener, with the ability to understand client needs quickly.
Smart presentation of real estate offerings over the phone.
Basic knowledge of real estate and local property markets (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
