Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller at Pixel FX. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, providing information about our forex portfolio management services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining a database of client information and following up on leads.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
Experience in customer service, telesales, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining client databases
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the forex market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business
Note
Salary - 2500 non negotiable plus attractive commission structure.
Preferred having own visa and can work from home.
