Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property options
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties
Maintain and update the client database with accurate details
Follow up with leads to schedule meetings for property consultants
Build rapport with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
Ability to handle rejections positively and keep a professional tone
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are an advantage)
