. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients over the phone, follow up on inquiries, and provide information or assistance related to our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily follow-up calls to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain regular contact with customers regarding their service status.
Assist with queries related to immigration and hospitality processes (training will be provided if needed).
Accurately record and update client information in the system.
Provide support to the telecom and admin team as needed.
Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Communicate effectively in Nepale and basic English.
Requirements:
Female candidate fluent in
spoken and written Nepale

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecom, immigration, or hospitality is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
