This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Telecaller with Insights Venture Real Estate located in Dubai. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate such as generating appropriate leads and sales, providing impeccable customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
Handle
inbound inquiries
, answering questions and providing up-to-date project or listing information.
Schedule site visits
or sales appointments with prospective clients and hand them over to field agents.
Maintain and update
CRM databases
with full call logs, client details, and progress notes.
Provide timely
follow-ups
to nurture leads and build rapport.
Collaborate
with sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts, share leads, and achieve team KPIs.
Continuously
monitor market trends
and competitive listings to keep pitches relevant and persuasive.
