experienced telecallers
to support our sales operations. If you have a background in Dubai's real estate market and can confidently handle investor inquiries, we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
Calling warm and cold leads from company database (off-plan and ready property clients)
Scheduling viewings and follow-ups for sales agents
Explaining project details, locations, and payment plans to potential buyers over the phone
Maintaining accurate lead records in CRM
Working closely with agents and marketing to optimize lead conversion
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience
in Dubai's real estate industry (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of Dubai property locations, developers, and project launches
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian) are a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
Familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking
