Job Opening: Telecaller (Banking Products) - Full-Time

Location: Beirut St - (Work from Office) Al Qusais Industrial Area - Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: AED 2,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Visa Requirement: Must have a valid sponsored visa for UAE

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Telecaller to join our growing team at Better Advice Business Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking-related products such as mortgages, loans, and bank account opening, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads for banking services including loans, bank accounts, and mortgage solutions

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records using CRM Explain product offerings clearly and persuasively to clients Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams Maintain daily call logs and reporting on Excel and CRM Handle email communication with prospects professionally Meet weekly/monthly targets and contribute to overall sales goals
Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in telesales or customer service for banking or financial products Must hold a valid UAE sponsored visa Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email communication Fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi (spoken and written) Knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam is a strong plus Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within office hours
