We are looking for a motivated and confident
Telecaller
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our business consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
Explain service offerings clearly and effectively.
Update CRM records with client information and follow-up actions.
Schedule consultations and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and well-organized.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
