Position: Sales admin Officer/ Gender: (Female) The company offers Janitorial & House Keeping, MEP & building maintenance services for commercial/residential, public sector schools, malls, and hospitals as well as high-end residential buildings in Dubai. Candidate should have Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English. Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft office. Job Responsibilities:
Processing quotations for clients and doing regular follow-ups.
Reporting daily sales results to the Manager.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
Booking meetings and ensure that Sales representatives/Account Managers involved are in contact or well informed.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
Processing staff time-sheets in the sales and operations department.
Cold calling potential customers and selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities required.
Requirement: Minimum 2+ years of Telesales/Customer service experience. Self-Driven and should be a quick learner. Good command in English, Hindi/Arabic would be an added advantage. Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with Spouse/Parents sponsorship will be prioritized. Visit visa can also apply.
