Job Title: Telecaller (Female on dependent visa preferable)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

Maintain and update contact databases regularly.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the organization.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use CRM tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and record-keeping abilities.

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.

Fixed salary+commission per month
