Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or lead sources.
Introduce the company's real estate projects and services effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Schedule appointments for property viewings with sales agents.
Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate call logs and customer details.
Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers and new launches over the phone.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead conversion goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate telecalling, customer service, or telesales is preferred.
Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Familiarity with real estate terminology and Dubai market is an advantage.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
Goal-oriented, organized, and persistent.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
