We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller - Pre-Qualification to contact potential clients, collect preliminary information, and assess basic eligibility before forwarding qualified leads to the processing or sales team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a target-driven approach are essential for this role.*
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for pre-qualification purposes* Ask pre-qualification questions as per company guidelines (basic eligibility, profile details, requirements, etc.)* Collect, verify, and update client information accurately* Explain the next steps of the process to eligible clients* Follow up with leads for missing or additional information* Meet daily call targets and pre-qualification conversion goals* Maintain accurate client records in CRM or internal systems* Ensure professional communication and data confidentiality*
Requirements:
