target-driven role

Key Responsibilities:
Make
150-200 outbound calls
daily to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
Promote immigration services
including Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe pathways (as applicable).
Understand clients' eligibility and interests to schedule appropriate consultations at the branch.
Book and confirm 150-200 meetings per month
for in-branch counselors.
Maintain a detailed log of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments using CRM systems.
Achieve
weekly and monthly targets
for calls, meetings, and conversions.
Build rapport and trust with clients through professional and friendly communication.
Follow up diligently with leads to
maximize walk-ins and conversions
.
Share timely feedback with counselors for improved conversion strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality updates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
telecalling or telesales
