The Tele-Sales Officer will contact potential customers over the phone to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales.
Present and explain products/services clearly.
Maintain a database of prospects and clients.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years' tele-sales experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus).
