Key Responsibilities:
Telesales:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert into sales
Maintain a database of customers and prospects using CRM systems
Build strong phone-based relationships with clients
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Outdoor Sales:
Visit clients and prospects for face-to-face meetings and product presentations
Identify business opportunities and generate new leads
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and networking events
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (verbal & written)
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales and/or field sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Goal-driven, with a proactive and persuasive approach
Valid UAE driving license (for outdoor sales role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
