Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Suggesting information about products and services.
Process orders & sending quotations.
Responsible for achieving assigned targets.
Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery.

2 years\' experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
