DHL Express Kuwait has an opening for a Tele Sales Executive.
The main purpose of this role is to maximize the sales revenue from an existing base of customers, whilst at the same time generating new revenue from potential customers.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
Promote and sell DHL's services and participate actively in the Sales Lead programme to contribute to the country revenue.
Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of team leaders
Update and maintain call details on appropriate systems so that all information is accessible for future reference and monitoring.
Monitor credit issues and liase with Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure Outstanding money is collected.
Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Experience Level
1 - 2 years' experience in Sales
