Sapphire Plastic is looking for a driven and results-focused

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team in

Dubai and Ajman

. In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing sales and supporting the company's revenue growth by connecting with potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to present and promote Sapphire Plastic's high-quality manufactured products. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Identify sales opportunities and clearly communicate product features and benefits. Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals. Record all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system. Stay up to date with product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Attend regular sales training and coaching sessions to improve performance. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is a plus. Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently or within a team. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Willingness to work in
