Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers to promote and sell products/services. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call details. Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
