Job Description

Introduce and promote our real estate services and listings to prospective buyers and sellers.
Build rapport and establish relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline for buying or selling property.
Provide information about available properties, including features, pricing, and location.
Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with our real estate agents.
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accurately and in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
Requirements:

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients over the phone.
Knowledge of real estate principles, terminology, and processes is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
