Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better lead conversion.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or related field is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
