Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Female In-door Tele-Sales representative to join our team. This role involves taking on a variety of tasks and reporting directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE, preferably in the corporate gifts, advertising, or events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective clients and generate potential leads through calls and follow-ups.

Coordinate the preparation of quotations, invoices, and delivery orders, ensuring timely updates and communication with clients.

Handle ad-hoc requests and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.

Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of the role and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate gifts, advertising, or the events industry.

Skills:

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, pleasant, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Additional Advantage:

Experience in the corporate gifts, advertising, or events industries is a plus.

Visa : Visa will be provided

Note:

A written and spoken English assessment will be conducted during the selection process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
