. This role requires handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and converting leads into successful transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Amer Center services and convert leads into sales.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding:
Different types of UAE visas (Visit Visa, Tourist Visa, Employment Visa, Dependent Visa, Golden Visa, etc.)
Visa processing requirements and timelines.
Renewal and cancellation procedures.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain updated knowledge of UAE immigration rules, policies, and Amer services.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely completion of customer requests.
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Handle complaints and resolve customer queries professionally.
