Role Description:
Call Center / Tele Sales Executive
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Sharjah. The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for initiating and handling outbound and inbound sales calls.
Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires the ability to effectively present and sell products and services over the phone.
Salary Based on Experience in Automobile or Shipping Industry
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Shipping or Automobile Industry Previous experience in tele sales or related field is a plus Multilingual Preferred (English, Arabic, Russia, Hindi/Urdu, French, Pashto) Customer Support experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office High school diploma or equivalent
