Job Description
VHELP is a trusted home services application in UAE (Dubai) that connects clients to home top-rated service providers. An all-in-one home services platform for your home-related needs, including handyman services, maid services, sanitization services, deep cleaning services, and much more. Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with existing and potential clients over the phone.
- Ability to react to clients' requests promptly and in a professional manner.
- Sales Target will be given, and must be achieved, on monthly basis.
- Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as needed.
- Address any questions or issues customer may have.
- Able to build a strong working relationship with existing as well as new clients.
- Maintain and manage the client data and privacy as per company policy and procedures.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails properly.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience as sales executive in UAE.
- Fluent or native level English, any additional language is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target driven person
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Own visa or spouse visa is preferred
