Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products/services and generate interest
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of calls and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team
