Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our Interior Design LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in telesales or customer service and be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone to promote our interior design services.

Location: Dubai.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote interior design services. Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing relevant information. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads effectively. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and design team to ensure smooth client communication. Use prepared

voice scripts

to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

telesales

or

customer service

, preferably in

interior design, real estate, or construction industries

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong phone etiquette and persuasive skills. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
