We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecalling Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and clients over the phone to promote our training programs and services in AI, Robotics, Digital Marketing, and IT etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company products and services. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-up schedules. Handle inbound calls, provide relevant information, and resolve queries. Convert leads into enrollments by providing proper guidance and support. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth workflow. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales preferred. Good command of English language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer usage. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
