Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Telesales Executive with proven B2B credentials and strong research capabilities
to support our sales and lead-generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound calling to corporate prospects (HR, Admin, Procurement, Operations)
Use
CRM tools
to manage leads, call logs, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
Leverage
LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator)
for prospect identification and validation
Conduct
website and Google-based research
to build and enrich prospect profiles
Work with
existing databases
, cleanse data, and identify new opportunities
Introduce Klothon's uniform and workwear solutions and qualify leads
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and structured records of all interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B telecalling / inside sales
(mandatory)
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems
(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Practical knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, online research, and lead sourcing
Experience working with and managing
large prospect databases
Prior exposure to uniforms, workwear, or corporate/B2B products is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi / Arabic is a plus)
Professional calling etiquette, confidence with senior stakeholders, and a results-driven mindset
