Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Tele Caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
Principal Duties:
Getting the base data from the Marketing Team and call to the concern persons accordingly.
Contact prospective student/parent by both telephone and email.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Answering phones and explaining the Education Courses offered by the University.
Resolving queries and issues related to the Education services.
Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Follow-ups with Existing inquiry and generate new Leads
Counsel them about the courses available.
Maintaining good relations with clients professionally
Excellent logical skills to understand the profile.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
working in Education industry: 2 years (Preferred)
