Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in Call Center (real estate) in Dubai? We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team at The capital real estate. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of property listings and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, providing information on available properties, rental details, and real estate services.
Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist in the completion of real estate transactions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, including current property values, market trends, and relevant industry regulations.
Effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs, address concerns, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Utilize CRM software to record and manage client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.
Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to streamline communication and facilitate seamless customer experiences.
Stay informed about property listings, updates, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Uphold excellent customer service standards by resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information appropriately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
