Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-study.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in technical sales or related roles within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
Professional certifications in sales or product-specific training are highly desirable.
Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus, especially in regional markets.
A proactive mindset with a passion for technology and innovation in the industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showcasing collaborative spirit.
