As a Technology Operation Director, you will be responsible for Designing, implementing, maintaining, supporting and developing digital and technology systems in Miral Experiences. Technology operations Director is responsible for making sure that Miral Experiences IT infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly, perform within agreed SLAs, and provide a secure platform for Miral Experiences business operations. The role responsibility includes all systems provisioned on cloud and on-premise data centers and all components associated with that.

The role will oversee the technology operations by leading technical team supporting all aspects of digital and technology infrastructure and leading the services delivery team to ensure end-to-end operations quality and performance of the services provided to Miral Experiences.

Your job responsibilities will also include:

• In his leadership position, the technology Operations Director explores new technologies and software as appropriate and in conjunction with the business requirements, oversees the architecture and implementation of ongoing support of the network, server, and communications infrastructure in order to ensure high performance of the technology operations.
• Design, implement, secure and maintain technology Infrastructure that includes networks, systems, Devops, datacenters and public\\private clouds.
• Oversee and be accountable for the preparation, creation, implementation, and monitoring of operational and resource budgets.
• Manage Infrastructure capacity and cost. Maximizing system performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting system problems and outages, scheduling system upgrades, and collaborating with Director of Information Technology on infrastructure optimization.
• Ensures high availability of business-critical systems.
• Determine, recommend and implement hardware and software upgrades for system applications, network, servers, storage equipment, etc.
• Manage Infrastructure RFPs, procurement, contracts for all future project in addition to the renewals of the current contracts.
• Manage IT Infrastructure projects delivery ensuring the adherence to Miral Experiences\'s standards and quality measurements.
• The technology operations director also establish security architecture and implements procedures and controls that ensure that information and data are secure and in compliance with standards and best practices.
• Is in charge of business continuity and disaster recovery within the department as well as the recommendation and implementation of new investments within the technology infrastructure.
• Coordinate and developed IT governance policies and procedures.
• Oversee the Service Providers\' performance as it relates to monitoring, maintenance, repair, and operations of infrastructure services. Ensure the end-to-end performance of infrastructure services to meet service level expectation
• Influence teams and stakeholders across Miral Experiences IT and Service Providers to move in a direction toward making choices and commitments that supports Miral Experiences strategies, values, behaviors, and culture.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology or related fields.
• Project management certified, PMP, Prince 2, scrum master or equivalent certificates.
• Certified on Information technology operations standard, ITIL, COBIT or equivalent certificate
• Certified on information security standard
• 8+ years\' experience leadership role in IT operations
• 8+ years\' experience of Managing digital and technology infrastructure
• 5+ years\' experience in overseeing infrastructure and service delivery teams
• 2 years\' experience of Managing public cloud
• Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems and cloud Infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid system, security, and applications problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network operations.
• Solid experience and up to date skills with server environment, software defined network and software defined storage
• Solid knowledge of virtual environment and cloud products
• Hands on experience on enterprise security solutions.
• Experience in enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Team oriented

Desirable:

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer, MCSE, Azure Certified or any equivalents
• Cisco Certified professional or any equivalent
• VMware, Linux or any equivalent technology certification
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• 3 years\' experience of Managing Information security
• Hands on experience on vulnerability management solutions.
• Hands on experience on application firewalls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Lync telephony system and SIP communications.
