Job Description
:
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning digital initiatives with business objectives; lead end-to-end digital transformation across booking systems, CRM, ERP, and online platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure including cloud solutions, network architecture, payment gateways, and travel booking systems
- Drive the development of new travel-tech solutions, online booking tools, mobile apps, and automated workflows to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations, travel industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices; implement policies for data privacy, risk mitigation, and system audits.
