- 8+ years of related work experience in End User Computing.
- 5+ years of experience working under banking operational environment or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes.
- Customer relationship tool (BMC, Service Now)
- Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices
- Understanding and experience of Modern Workplace processes and best practices and specified in essential job requirement.
