Job Description
The Technology Engineer - Unified Communication Services is responsible to support the different unified communication & collaboration service lines, she/he needs to be forward thinking, Innovative and creative ways to assist in building new mobility service, cross-functionally and work with different teams to define, execute and manage mobility solutions. Provide necessary knowledge base, FAQs and SOPs for evaluated solution including L3 support. Technology expert on the following: - o Azure o Intune o Exchange Online o MS Teams o MS One Drive o MS Office ProPlus o MS Yammer o MS Stream o Audio Video Solutions / Microsoft Surface Hub Devices o Azure Virtual Desktop o Microsoft Conference & Telephony System o Skype for Business o Air Watch
CCNA Certified 5+ years of related to enterprise Mobile and Virtual solution. 3+ years of experience working under banking operational environment or equivalent 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release 5+ years of related to enterprise Mobile and Virtual solution. 3+ years of experience working under banking operational environment or equivalent 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
