Job Description

Client is a leading bank in UAE and looking for a strong Techno functional consultant with expertise in Calypso (V15.2) and strong in Treasury Capital Market Domain.

Candidate should have

1. Treasury domain expertise across different asset classes - Fixed Income,FX derivative, Interest rate and Credit derivatives.

2. Fair understanding of Credit and Market risk ERS limit setup and Var Set up

3. Official P&l and accounting setup In calypso

4. Curve and Market data setup in calypso

5. Hands on experience in Java Technology, Node JS.

6. Expertise in Oracle Database, PLSQL

7. Understanding of Back office operations including managing static data, messages, transfers, Settlements etc

8. Strong integration experience with good expertise in Open API / Open Banking etc.

9. Flair to work with multiple teams to deliver as a team as well as individual contributor.

We look for senior ( > 8 years experience) folks with at least 5 years in Calypso platform. Location of work will be Dubai.

This is a permanent position.

Essential Criteria:

Front to Back functional understanding of Treasury Domain

Calypso Product development, customization, integration, configuration

Strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX etc

Understanding of Islamic Instruments is added advantage

Independent performer with responsibility for project delivery on time and quality.

Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Accountable for developing independent components to be completed within the scheduled timeframe.

Apply existing standards for programming, naming, security, and performance, while providing proper documentation.

Provide accurate and timely estimates for assigned work and documentation for all completed work assignments.

Desirable Criteria:

Having both the product experience.

Bachelors Degree.
