Description du poste

Assurer la supervision du reseau telecom (Radio, IP, Transmission, Core), detecter les anomalies, ouvrir, qualifier et suivre les incidents et garantir les SLA des operateur Telecom.

Taches de reporting. Qualification et acheminement des alarmes Detection des alarmes et incident via NMS / OSS Surveillance en temps reel via OSS/NMS. Correlation et qualification des alarmes. Ouverture & mise a jour des tickets TSM. Notification et escalade immediate selon la matrice validee. Suivi des incidents jusqu'a retablissement complet. Participation aux analyses RCA Verification post-travaux nocturnes + rapport. Reporting quotidien des incidents et actions. Controle quotidien

Qualifications

Bac +2 / +3 Minimum 1 an dans un poste similaire Connaissances TELECOM Maitrise OSS/NMS et TSM. Rigueur, reactivite, travail en shift * Sens de l'analyse, bonne communication
