Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, taps, and drainage systems.
Handle electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works including wiring, lighting, sockets, circuit breakers, and other electrical fixtures.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and electrical systems to identify faults and ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, codes, and standards for both plumbing and electrical work.
Assist in material requisition and inventory management for tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Coordinate with other team members, contractors, and vendors as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
High School Diploma
or equivalent; technical certification in plumbing and/or electrical trades preferred.
Proven experience as a plumber and electrician, preferably in facility management or construction projects.
Good understanding of safety regulations and practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit to perform manual tasks and work in different site conditions.
